A: The FTM Quarterly newsletter is published four (4) times per year. In January, April, July, and October.

A: Email subscribers will receive each new issue of the newsletter on the 15th day of the month in which it is released. The quarterly release dates are January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15.
Q: In what format is the email newsletter delivered?
A: Each newsletter is saved as a PDF file.
Q: I paid extra to become a print subscriber. When should I expect my copy to be delivered to my home?
A: As a print subscriber, you are entitled to receive each issue by email and a hard copy delivered by postal mail. Your bound printed copy of the FTM Quarterly newsletter should reach your home by the 25th day of the month in which the newsletter is released. (January 25, April 25, July 25, October 25)
Q: I am a subscriber but I have not received my latest issue. What’s going on?
A: It is rare, but occasionally we have a problem with our email server. If your issue does not arrive to you by 5:00pm on the newsletter release date, contact us and we will get a copy to you immediately!
