Today, FTMWeekly is pleased to be joined once again by land investing expert, Mark Podolsky, to discuss his unique and powerful strategy for creating passive income by investing in raw land. In 2001, Mark began buying and selling raw, undeveloped land to make extra income for his family and within 18 months he was able to quit his full-time corporate job because he was able to replace his monthly paycheck with passive income from land investing. Today, he will share more of the benefits of this unique form of real estate investing, which doesn’t involve many of the headaches associated with traditional real estate investing.

We are also joined Chris Pritchard who is an Gold member and one of Mark’s land investing students. Listen as Chris shares how he was able to build more than $1,000 in passive income in his first six months of land investing!
