Washington just passed a long-awaited $1.5 trillion tax-cut bill. While this is good news for many, will the major beneficiaries – burgeoning corporations – pass on the savings to employees with static wages? Jerry examines the following changes and how they may affect you.

• The interest on new home mortgages is only deductible for the first $750,000
• Corporate tax rates will be cut from 35% to 21%; likely to further push stock prices higher
• The Obamacare tax penalty has been eliminated
• The child tax credit has been doubled from $1,000 to $2,000 for families making up to $400,000
• The estate tax deduction has been doubled to the first $11.2 million of inheritance
• Pass-Through entities can now deduct 20% of income
• The Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax has been eliminated
• There are new income tax brackets for families and individuals

1. The author of “The Mystery of the Shemitah” declared that God’s judgment will come in the form of an economic crash on Sunday, September 13, 2015.
